Combine all ingredients in a robo coupe until it becomes a paste |

Method

1. |
Cut the onion into slices, the capsicum and carrot into thin
julienne |

Cut the kangaroo into thin strips. Heat up a wok and add the
sesame oil and a spoonful of the bamie paste. Fry off the kangaroo
strips with the onion, add the carrot and capsicum |

Finish off with the bean shoots, coriander and a little sweet
soy and last of all the noodles. Garnish with more coriander
leaves and a little dash of sweet soy and sambal |

Serve with sprinkled fried onion rings and lime wedges |
