The Debate

The kangaroo industry inspires much ‘debate’. It is after-all quite unique. It harvests a wild land animal and markets the product for meat and leather. For many this represents a way forward in sensible and sustainable resource use. For some it’s an anathema. The following articles capture some of this debate.

• A discussion on the relative number of sentient lives per kg of protein produced from grass fed meat compared with grain.
